1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within one to two business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If you place an order before 12 PM EST, it will generally be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor the status of your package.

We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs. Standard shipping generally takes between five to seven business days for delivery.

5. Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
Carrier Delays
Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control, such as weather disruptions or logistical issues. If your package is delayed, please check the tracking details or contact the carrier directly for updates.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Dexaru is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect your package has been lost, we recommend checking with neighbors or your building’s front desk first. If your package is still missing, you can file a claim with the shipping carrier, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
6. Address Changes and Order Modifications
For security and logistical reasons, we are unable to modify the shipping address once an order has been placed. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us within one hour of placing it. Once the order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. If you choose not to have the package reshipped, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
